Househam Sprayers gears up to

take on the challenge of Brexit

For many years the UK's leading manufacturer of self-propelled crop sprayers, Househam Sprayers Ltd., has been supplying machines to a number of customers in countries such as Australia and New Zealand and more recently in parts of Europe and the Middle East.  However, because of the   growing overseas interest in Househam crop sprayers, the company has undertaken the development of a specialist export division to offer sales, technical and engineering support to an ever increasing number of customers across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

This new division is led by one of Househams' longest-serving staff members, Jim Dickinson, who has been with the company for more than thirty years, working in a number of roles from fitter to Production Manager and latterly Sales Director for the UK and international markets. Jim has extensive contacts in Australia and New Zealand as well as Austria, Sweden, Israel, Romania and closer to home in Ireland.

Working with Jim Dickinson, as Export Sales Manager, is Andrei Botnari. Andrei was born in Romania and has a degree in Agronomy. Prior to joining Househam he was a Pesticides Product Manager for one of the largest farming companies in the Balkans. In addition to English, Andrei speaks Russian, Romanian and Ukrainian. His specialised markets are; Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, the Czech Republic and the Middle East.

Working alongside Andrei and responsible for Technical and Sales Support is Bulgarian born Dimitar Dimitrov. Prior to joining Househam, Dimitar gained extensive experience in Sales and Service Support, working for the largest dealer company in Bulgaria as head of one of the company's branches. In addition to being fluent in English, Dimitar speaks Russian, Bulgarian and German. At Househam he is an essential member of the export team assembling machines when they arrive in the relevant country, together with training operators and Dealer sales staff. He also represents the company at shows and exhibitions around the world.

The fourth member of the Export team is Ukrainian born Serg Grinchenko who looks after product support and logistics. Serg has been involved in agricultural machinery sales, logistics and product support for more than ten years. In addition to English, he speaks Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.

In bringing together such an experienced and well qualified team, Househam are in the ideal position to handle the current flow of overseas enquiries and to take advantage of an ever increasing number of export contacts across the world.
