Introducing the PREDATOR - the exciting, all-new addition to the Househam self-propelled sprayers range.

Featuring a new, specially developed chassis, the PREDATOR is designed for use with the very latest in large wheel and tyre technology. The sprayer can be equipped with either Michelin SprayBib 380/90 R46 rowcrop tyres or Michelin 650/60 R38 low ground pressure tyres. Ground clearances are 1.10 and 1.05 metres respectively. Stability and manouevrability are outstanding for such a big machine. And because, at just 10,440kg unladen for the 5,000 litre model with 36-metre boom and rowcrop wheels, the PREDATOR is lighter than other sprayers of a similar size, ground pressure is significantly reduced.

As well as the 5,000 litre model, a 4,000 litre spray tank is also available and larger capacities are planned for the future. Boom choices range from 24 to 36 metres and include twin-fold and tri-fold designs.

The PREDATOR is a high specification machine from the factory and includes a host of advanced features. These include Individual Nozzle Control (INC), Auto Nozzle Select (ANS), a new fully active hydraulic suspension system, Househam's Total Machine Control (TMC) V5 Controller with FieldMaster GPS mapping and guidance, load sense hydraulics, NORAC variable geometry boom levelling, the Househam Intelligent Transmission System (HITS); full machine illumination package, a high output centrifugal pump with auto-priming – and much more.

Delivering impressive power and fuel efficiency, the 230hp 4-cylinder MTU engine is rear mounted, optimising weight distribution and reducing in-cab noise. On the road, the PREDATOR is capable of speeds up to 50km/hr whilst, in the field, a 2-speed cruise control system further enhances machine operation and operator comfort.

Long hours in the field become less demanding and more of a pleasure thanks to the PREDATOR's comfortable and superbly appointed Category 4, ROPS-approved cab. Spacious and fully air-conditioned the cab provides an ultra-quiet operating environment with panoramic visibility. Features include a high back Grammer air suspension seat, fold-away buddy seat, DAB radio and CD with Bluetooth, electric mirrors and reversing camera.
