Experienced Parts Sales Assistant required for immediate start, working in a busy, fast-paced parts department, handling customer orders and enquiries via telephone and over the sales counter; contributing innovative suggestions and ideas that will enable the business to achieve their goals.
As a member of the Househam Parts Sales team, your duties and responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have previous parts sales, customer service experience, with the aptitude to solve problems effectively and efficiently and with a 'can-do' attitude. They will have the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative whilst working unsupervised at times, and have excellent timekeeping skills.
Previous experience of using MRP systems is essential, use of Microsoft Navision is desirable, however full training will be provided. Computer literacy is essential with knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
