Agricultural Parts Sales Assistant (HS-0011)

Agricultural Parts Sales Assistant required for an immediate start, working in a busy parts department, handling customer orders and enquiries via the telephone, email and over the sales counter.

As a member of the Househam Parts Sales team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Customer service skills both internal and external as you will be dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email and over sales counter. You will also liaise with various colleagues within the company.
  • Liaising with worldwide customer base; working with patience and understanding.
  • Stock checks when required
  • Correct data input into the software provided
  • To give the best first impression to customers, every time and at all times, through your professional appearance, attitude and conduct to ensure that the Company’s reputation for being the leading crop sprayer manufacturer and supplier in the UK is constantly portrayed.

The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to solve problems effectively and efficiently, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative whilst working unsupervised at times, and also have excellent timekeeping skill

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday, min 40 hours per week
  • Saturday, on a rota system 1 in every 3
  • Overtime opportunities
