Horncastle YFC Visit
This week, we welcomed Horncastle YFC for a talk on our sprayers along with a factory tour.
We always enjoy hosting the young farmer groups, its great to be able to show what goes into the process of building our sprayers.

Kevin’s fundraising challenge!
Last night, one of our Field Engineers, Kevin Barnes along with 6 friends set off on a 5-day challenge to raise money for a great charity – Cancer Research UK
The challenge involves each team player to purchase a reliable car for under £500 which they need to sleep in for the 4 nights; drive from Sleaford, Lincolnshire up to Inverness, Scotland; then over the next 4 days, complete the North Coat 500 (NC500) – a 516-mile scenic route around the north coast of Scotland, starting and finishing at Inverness Castle!
We wish Kevin and the team all the very best in with their challenge – safe driving lads!

Househam welcomes Hong Kong Students
On Tuesday 11th July we welcomed 30 students from Hong Kong to Househam HQ for a factory tour.
The students came from VTC Hong Kong as part of an exchange programme with Lincoln UTC.
After a brief introduction to our history and product, we took the students through our factory’s different areas, including our assembly workshops and warehouse facility. The
y also had the opportunity to have a look at two of our machines in detail and see them in action.
The students enjoyed seeing equipment which is used in arable farming as the industry does not exist in Hong Kong. Our method of manufacture was also very different from what they have previously experienced.
