There are mixed feelings at Househam as we announce the retirement of one of our longstanding colleagues.

Jim Dickinson, our Sales Director has dedicated the past 35 years to Househam Sprayers and alas has finally decided the time has come to step down and retire at the end of this year.

Jim has been an integral part of our company during his time here and his contributions, hard work, commitment and dedication will always be valued and remembered by both customers and colleagues across the globe.

As we transition into 2020, the following contacts will support all of Jim’s valued customers and dealer networks to ensure their spraying requirements and needs are continued to be dealt with efficiently.

With Jim retiring, he will surely be missed. On behalf of the team here at Househam, we would like to thank Jim for all of his efforts during the past 35 years, his achievements will certainly not be forgotten. We wish both Jim and Denise a very happy retirement and all the very best for the future.

As most of you already know Househam Group Ltd shuts down every year for Christmas, but do not worry!  Team Househam may have a little break, but we will be back refreshed and ready to go come Thursday, 2^nd January at 8am.

This year the last working day before shut down will be Monday, 23rd December. Last deliveries will be made on Friday, 20th December.

Househam Group Ltd like to say a big Thank You to all of our customers and suppliers for their continuing support and business.

May we also take this opportunity to wish all our customers and suppliers, as well as their families a very Happy Christmas and we hope for an excellent and prosperous New Year 2020!

This month, Househam Sprayers will be exhibiting at Agritechnica 2019, held in Hannover, Germany where we will be showcasing our AirRide and Predator sprayers, part of the Househam product and meeting both existing and potential customers.

“This is now our seventh year being part of this international show where we continue to fly the flag in support of British manufacturing. It is a great opportunity for our team to meet with farmers, partners and dealers from around the world. We are looking forward to a successful show” commented Robert Willey, Managing Director – Househam Sprayers.

Househam have been working with local exhibition design company, Henson Franklyn who are based in Torksey, Lincolnshire. With a monetary contribution from East Lindsey District Council towards Househam’s significant investment in attending this world leading exhibition, monies for the event have been recycled back in to the local economy. Tim Henson, owner stated: “we work with international brands and companies, designing and building exhibitions for global events and it has been great to work with a local based Lincolnshire company. To see Househam Sprayers showcase their sprayers at Agritechnica is a great boost to export for the county”.

Simon Beardsley, Chief Executive at the Chamber of Commerce said: “we are currently in a global village and companies like Househam Sprayers that export overseas far and wide are the life blood of our business community supporting jobs and the local economy”.

The team at Househam have been exporting for many years, which they want to continue to grow and develop in the future to sustain the workforce, and will soon be conducting research with the DIT (Department of International Trade) to investigate opportunities for further export business in 2020.

Agritechnica runs from Sunday 10^th until Saturday 16^th November 2019 at Hannover Messe, Germany. The Househam team are available on stand B04, Hall 9 to discuss the product range in greater detail.
